Shipping policy

We offer two flexible delivery methods depending on whether you want your order brought directly to your doorstep or prefer to collect it yourself:

• Office / Branch Pickup: 1.000 OMR: We ship your package to your nearest Genacom office for self-pickup. You can view the full list of available Genacom office locations across Oman here: View Genacom Offices.
• Home Delivery: 2.000 OMR : Delivered to your address.

Delivery Timelines & Dispatch

All orders are packaged and dispatched rapidly according to our daily schedule:

• Same-Day Dispatch: Orders placed before 5:00 PM are dispatched the same day.
• Next-Day Dispatch: Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be dispatched the following morning.

Once your package is dispatched and in transit, estimated timelines are:

• Within Muscat: 24 Hours
• Rest of Oman: 1 to 3 Days (depending on your location)

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly for remote governorates or areas outside major cities (up to 4 business days).
